Abstrak

Industrialization existence for Indonesia, one of developing countries is strategy choise in economic based development’s model. The choise of industrialization policy effects toward the dynamic of agriculture industrialization in village. One aspect, It has made the national of economy growth increase , but beside that it has made the gap deeply especially in agriculture sector. The condition of agriculture industrialization, especially agriculture has been marginalized by the state of policies that is not incline toward farmer. Agriculture sector has been cooptatited and hegemoniesed . This experience has gave price lesson learned for Indonesia, that model of development policy that has mainstreaming economy growth through industrialization based on community. The model of development is called Community based development. In this model of development, economy empowerment and farmer movement is a keniscayaan.

Abstrak
The existence of people forest in Java was marginalized for a long time has changed. It was happened after state deforestation in Java . It can be shown by people forest in Gunung Kidul District,Yogyakarta. The people forest has gotten sertification strenghten the legitimation of real people role in forest management. In this context is needed local institution strenghten. The strong local institution is hoped to become social capital for community in people forest management . It makes farmers of people forest have strong and high bargaining posistion toward market intervention. But, in this case, state role in market intervention become important factor too. State must give protection toward the farmers of people forest.

Abstract

Stated based forest management through Perum Perhutani which does not involve forest village community has a lot of problem, social, ecomic and ecological aspects. It has an implication in deforestation deeply .
According to multistakeholder, Community Based Forest Management approach is an alternative solution to solve this forest degradation problem.
Forest Village Community in Temulus Randublatung, Blora district is one of forest village community iniciative to rebuild the forest around them . With Community Based Forest Management in RPH Kedung Sambi, KPH Randublatung could also be considered . Its model which called as MR Mozaik is one of local knowledge based resistance form having practiced by forest peasant. Local knowledge in this context is related with the way of forest village community to survive. It reflects in their interaction with forest around them. .
This resistance is a form of positive resistance that drive to social and economic change. At the first time, MR mozaik model was expected as an solution model of conflict between Perum Perhutani and forest village community. For its growth, eventually MR Mozaik forest peasant resistance is still happened .
The research aims were to find out why resistance of MR Mozaik peasants was still going on and how the forms resistance also how resistance managed through the local knowledge of peasants. Related to the theoretical framework in this research, It is used as a means of analysis is that the theory is applied, in the context of this theory is related to the local knowledge and the resistance of forest peasant
To answer problems related local knowledge based resistance is used qualitative research method. This method is used with the consideration, it will be easier when dealing with research in a new reality or double reality in the field. Then, with qualitative method, the relationship between researcher with more familiar and closer, so it can obtain data directly over the depth. To further enhance and enrich the data, in this research also used ethnographic research methods. With this method, the researchers not only learn about the community, but more than that is learning from the community
Collecting data is done with the practice in two ways, namely collecting primary data through observation and interviews and secondary data by using documents or literature related to the topic of this research. Analized unit is all member in MR Mozaik forest peasant group in Temulus. This sample is purposed sample, namely : member and board involved in MR Mozaik forest peasant group . For data processing, data collected in qualitative analysis also on going process, the qualitative data analysis effort is repetitive and on going also of course with the ethnographic method .
Result of this research can be summarized that MR mozaik forest peasant through local knowledge has done resistance reference to Scott is called everyday resistance. Resistance was done by forest peasant was not only subsistance economic reason, but it also related the history of their land . Beside that this research also found there is antipathy forest peasant toward Perum Perhutani. In this context it is related to an altrusitic and nonmaterial reason.
The conclusion of this research is : Local knowledge based resistance can actually be managed optimally in the sense referred to the forms of positive resistance. End of the estuary, from this process is to find the alternative model in the management of forest resource really has changed aspects of the socio cultural and forest village community accommodate various interests. Having forest peasants’s the local knowledge, should be understood by all parties (multistakeholder) as one of social capital for forest village community. It is expected to be enough ammunition for forest villlage community means to encourage the change process in their level.

nyoba mulai ngeblog lagi

Selasa, 25 mei 2010 nyoba ngeblog lagi. 2 tahun yang lalu sudah pernah buat blog, tapi sudah lama gak difungsikan akhirnya sampe lupa username and passwordnya. Semoga blog yang ketiga ini bisa aku gunakan semaksimal mungkin... I hope so
